How long does it take to process my order?
All BellaPlugz items are made to order.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During high demand or production periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.
We work day and night to get orders out as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are expected to be delivered within 7–30 days from the date the order is placed.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order receives a tracking number.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using FedEx and USPS.
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, BellaPlugz is no longer responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified once placed.
Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final sale.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing issues.
How do I choose the correct size?
A detailed sizing chart is available on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing an order.
Since 2023, we’ve delivered 1,000+ orders and rarely receive sizing concerns when the sizing chart is followed.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence.
Approved cases may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered?
Once a package is shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.
