At BellaPlugz, all items are made to order. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Preparation

Once an order is placed, it enters production.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation.

Because our products are custom-made, shipping times may vary depending on stock availability and production speed.

Orders may ship anywhere from 3–10 business days after the order date.

Shipping Timeframes

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, carrier delays, and holidays, delivery is expected within 5–30 days from the order date.

These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using:

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, BellaPlugz is no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

Tracking Information

All orders include:

  • A tracking number once shipped

  • A photo of your order and shipping label for confirmation

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Carrier Responsibility

After shipment, the carrier is fully responsible for delivery. BellaPlugz is not liable for:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier

  • Missed delivery attempts

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Delays & Holidays

Shipping times may be extended during:

  • Holidays

  • High order volume periods

  • Carrier service disruptions

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
