At BellaPlugz, all items are made to order and pre-order based. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
All BellaPlugz products are custom prepared specifically for each customer. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason, including sizing issues.
Sizing Responsibility
A detailed sizing chart is provided to help customers select the correct size before purchasing. We strongly encourage reviewing the sizing chart carefully prior to placing an order.
Since launching in 2023, we have successfully delivered 1,000+ orders and rarely receive sizing concerns when the sizing guide is followed correctly.
For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not offered for incorrect sizing.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence so our team can review the issue. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.
